7 Sunday Confessions Oct. 19, 2010 The scariest movie I have ever watched

Hello everyone, it's time again for my weekly meme, Sunday Confessions.  I started this a few months ago as a way to share more about myself while learning more about you.  Sunday Confession is all in good fun. Sometimes it's about books, sometimes it's not. So please join in the conversation. Feel free to post this on your blog, just leave me a link in the comments so I can visit your blog as well.

Halloween is almost here. I can't believe it's only a few weeks away! It's seems like yesterday it was Oct. 1. Halloween puts me in the mood of thinking about all things scary. This weeks Sunday Confessions is about the scariest movie I have ever seen.  I must confess that I don't really like scary movies, but I have seen a few over the years. The scariest movie I have ever seen was The Shining. I watched this movie with my BFF when we were about 14 years old. It scared the *&^%$ out of us. I don't think we slept the entire night. Even now just thinking about the movie gives me goosebumps. Yikes. Jack Nicholson is  very convincing in this movies as a crazy psychopathic father/husband. I can't look at a picture of him without thinking of this movie. So if you're looking for a little piece and quiet and you see an add in a newspaper for a closed down hotel in the middle of nowhere for rent. DON'T GO. Seriously, Just stay home.

What is the scariest movie you have watched?

  1. My scariest I must say is another Stephen King movie called "Serpet of the rainbow" I don't remember too much from it but I remember it has to do with voodoo and being buried alive...I know that when I watched this movie I coudlnt walk around the house at night without turning on all the lights....maybe you should try to watch it >:-)

  7. The Mist; that movie, for some reason, scared the crap out of me. I dreamt about big bugs hitting my window for a month after. I took a girlfriend in College to see Phantasm; she kept her head in my shoulder from about five minutes into the movie. needless to sat she reminded me of it few weeks ago.
