Allergies, Midwives, and The Phantom of the Opera: Last Week In Review (43)

I made little reading progress last week. I love spring, but it doesn't love me back. I've had allergy/sinus problems that have kept me from reading. I did make a little progress in the books I'm currently reading, though. In case you missed it last week, here's what I'm reading:

I've been binge-watching Call The Midwife and kicking myself because I stopped watching a few years ago. I forgot how much I like it. It's an excellent show with a fantastic cast! I read the memoirs by Jennifer Worth that this series is based on. It's a wonderful read if you haven't read it yet.

And finally, I did something really fun over the weekend. For Christmas, my mom bought me and my husband tickets to see Phantom of the Opera. We had a blast! I can't get the music out of my head either. I would recommend it to any and everyone. This was my first time seeing the classic musical and it was worth it.

Hopefully next week I'll have more to report. I hope you're well and have something wonderful to read. Don't forget to follow my on social media!
